2. Description of Digital Products & Pricing
We provide astronomical natal chart calculations based on the NASA/JPL DE440s planetary ephemeris and personalized digital astrological dossiers (“The Natal Book”) delivered in downloadable PDF format. The standard one-time retail price for a personalized multi-page PDF Natal Book is $27.99 USD (unless a promotional discount is applied at checkout). There are no recurring hidden subscriptions.
3. Entertainment, Symbolic Reflection & Non-Diagnostic Disclaimer
While planetary longitudes, house cusps, and geometric aspects are calculated deterministically using astronomical ephemeris data, all astrological interpretations provided in The Natal Book are intended strictly for personal reflection, self-discovery, educational, and entertainment purposes. Our reports do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. You remain solely responsible for your personal and professional decisions.
4. Payment Processing & Delivery
Payments are securely processed in United States Dollars (USD) via Stripe Checkout (or authorized payment partners). Upon successful payment confirmation, your bespoke PDF book is generated and made available for immediate download on the website and/or delivered via Telegram or email.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon purchase, ZAVKONNIK LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, view, and print your personalized Natal Book PDF for personal use. Commercial redistribution or resale of our software, design system, or generated dossiers is prohibited.
