1. 14-Day Technical & Accuracy Guarantee

At ZAVKONNIK LLC, every Personal Natal Book ($27.99 USD) is individually computed and typeset for your birth coordinates. Because each digital publication is custom-generated and delivered immediately in downloadable PDF format, our refund and correction policy within 14 days of purchase is structured as follows:

• Free Recalculation: If you entered an inaccurate birth time or city by mistake, we will recalculate and regenerate your corrected PDF book free of charge.
• Full Refund ($27.99 USD): If you experience a verified technical failure, double-charging, or if the digital dossier does not match your provided birth coordinates due to a system error, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed to your original payment method via Stripe within 3–5 business days.
