ZAVKONNIK LLC (5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #38119, Casper, WY 82609, United States) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal birth details you provide to generate your natal chart and Personal Natal Book.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information required to calculate your astronomical chart and deliver your digital book:

• Birth Input Data: First/Last Name (or pseudonym), Date of Birth, Exact Time of Birth, and Place of Birth (City, Country).
• Contact & Delivery Data: Email address and/or Telegram/Instagram/WhatsApp user identifier when you request digital delivery.
• Payment Data: All credit/debit card and Apple Pay transactions ($27.99 USD) are processed directly by Stripe, Inc. We never store raw payment card numbers on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your birth data is used strictly to compute planetary coordinates via our NASA/JPL DE440s calculation core and typeset your personalized PDF book. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party data brokers or advertisers.

4. Data Deletion & Your Rights

Under US state privacy laws (including CCPA) and GDPR, you have the right to access, download, or request immediate deletion of your birth chart records and generated PDF files. Send any privacy request to support@thenatalbook.com.
